Messages you send us. When you use a contact, review or subscribe form, we receive what you typed: usually your name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, store link and message. We use it to reply to you and, if you asked for it, to send you our notes. The forms are delivered by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which passes the message to our Gmail inbox and keeps nothing else about you. We keep messages for as long as we work together or as long as we need to answer you, and we delete them on request.
Store links you check. The free store check sends the address you paste to Google's PageSpeed Insights service, which loads that public page and returns the report you see. We do not store the address or the report; the page runs in your browser.
WhatsApp and Telegram. If you contact us there, those services handle the message under their own privacy policies. We only see what you send.
Nothing else. We do not sell data, buy email lists, or share your details with anyone except the services named on this page that we need to answer you.
The site sets very little. If you choose a language with the globe button, or the site translates itself to your browser's language, Google's translator stores your choice in a cookie called googtrans and in your browser's local storage, so the next page opens in the same language. You can switch back to English at any time from the globe button, which removes it.
We count visits without cookies. Google Analytics runs in its cookieless mode (storage switched off, IP addresses shortened), so it cannot follow you between sites or visits, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. If we add Cloudflare Web Analytics it works the same way: no cookies, no personal data.
Embedded videos on the site are hosted by us, not by YouTube or a social network, so they set no cookies.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email admin@timmacygrowthlab.com and we will answer within a month, usually much sooner. If you are not happy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
When we work inside your Shopify store as a collaborator, we see your customers' data only as far as the work needs it, we never copy it out of Shopify, and we remove our access when the work ends. Sales figures and testimonials shown on this site are published with the store owner's permission.
